박	박제완 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where I visit every time I come to Japan. If you like basketball or soccer, make sure to visit. It takes about 7 minutes to walk from Hachiko, Shibuya Station. This shop also have a season-off at the end of the year and during the sale season.
R	Rookie Soulnet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge range of current, up to the minute sportswear. Also if you are looking for basketball shoes players wear this is the spot to get them. Can be a bit pricey but I suppose it's normal for this kind of thing. Sizes here for clothing are good for foreigners as well as a lot of items are American based.

Secondly, the customer service I received was excellent from both the staff that served me. One young gentleman that spoke English was very friendly and helped find all the merch I wanted and the other helped fit me with an ankle guard I wanted but found hard to find a size that fit. Lastly in terms of the layout of the store, it was wide and easy to find a lot of the things I was looking for. All in all a great place and though the price can be on par with overseas prices, if you’re an tourist, you can always ask to get the tax off.

B	Big Siv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gallery 2 posted on their instagram on April 27, the Jordan 4 UNC would be one per person. I called and confirmed they would have my size and they said "yes." Today, I traveled over an hour away to Shibuya, arrived an hour before opening and waited. Right before the store opened, a staff member came outside and told me they changed it to a raffle last night at 8pm, and I had to apply online. This is terrible false, misinformation provided by the store. Not only was it their post that led me to go all the way into the heart of the pandemic, I called and they said it would be available. Horrible, unprofessional service! They could only say sorry, and the manager wouldn't even speak to me, as he was in a more important meeting, than a paying loyal customer. I'm done with this store. I've been spending money here for 6 six years. They don't care about the customer. If you want to do a raffle, make it the original post.
