★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 決済方法が不便 ID が使えない。また、楽天ポイント対応なのに決済でEdyが使えないとかありえない。Edy使えると思ってここで使う予定だった全額Edyにチャージしたのに。改善求む。たまたまカードがIDとVISA両方対応していたから決済できたがもし駄目だったら1時間かけて歩いてきて無駄足になるところだった。
入り口前自販機前の椅子撤去。
蔓延防止措置解除されているのにジェットタオル封印してるとか馬鹿ですか？それ以前にジェットタオルとコロナは因果関係ないのかなり前からわかっていたはずなのに未だに封印してるのは理解に苦しむ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か通ってみてようやく商品の配置が理解出来ました。イオン等のスーパーくらいの広さがあり商品も豊富です。(スポーツからアウトドアまで)
私が伺った時は差ほど混雑もしていませんでしたが、混む時はレジ待ちに列が出来るようです。
インラインで売り出してるゴアテックスのジャケットが気になって行きましたが、試着だけに留まりました。(わりと良かったです。)
その時は結局チャンピオンのモックネックTシャツだけ買ってきました。
以前はスポーツ自転車のコーナーもあったような気がしますが無くなったのでしょうか？
商品はブランド毎にコーナー分けもされていて見やすかったです。
人気ブランド、ノースフェイスのコーナーも気になって覗きましたが、時期的に品薄っぽかったので春夏シーズンまではもう入荷も少ないかな？
時期さえ見計らえばラゾーナ川崎の店舗よりお目当ての商品がGET出来そうな予感です。
特に接客等はされていませんが、レジを担当されていた女性店員さんが元気も良く、すごく好感持てました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は結構な広さと品揃えの豊富さでびっくりした。流石スポーツ専門店だなと。
ランニングウェアやシューズのおすすめや試着等にも丁寧な対応をしてくださり改めて感動いたしました。
なお、お手洗いは店舗内でなく入店すぐ右側に休憩スペース、自動販売機と共にございます。
ただ、致し方ない事かもしれませんが店周辺の交通量が多過ぎて落ち着いて歩けないわ。
