見つけてもスタッフ同士でくっちゃべってる！
流石埼玉民度低っ！と感じさせる店だった。
全然お客さんのこと見てないし、
あれだけ広いから探し物をスタッフに聞きたいのに、聞くためにスタッフをまずは探さないといけない。
キョロキョロしているお客さんにも寄っていこうともしてない。
広いとやりたい放題だなあと思った。
レイクタウンのMORIにあるだけに、
スポーツショップの店内は森のように静かだった。。。。
改善した方がいいと思うね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品は良いものばかりだし、試着も問題なくできましたが、店員さんが無愛想すぎると感じました。接客を過剰に求める時代ではなくなってきていることはわかりますが、自分が何か悪いことをしているかのように感じたので残念でした。
All the products were good and I was able to try them on without any problems, but the clerk felt that they were too unfriendly. I understand that we are no longer in an era of excessive demand for customer service, but it was a shame because I felt like I was doing something wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イオンレイクタウンに来た時には大体、立ち寄ります。普段、ウェア類はネットで購入する事が多いのですが、生地の質感など実際に見ないと分からない時にはここに確認しに行く事もあります。実際に見て気に入ればここで買ってしまう事もありますが、金額がネットの方が安ければその場でネット購入する事も。まぁ、安い物では無いのでこの位は普通だと思います。お店はアンダーアーマーなどはかなり広いスペースで展開されてるので好きな方には良いのではないでしょうか。
When I come to Aeon Lake Town, I usually stop by. I usually buy clothing online, but sometimes I go to check here when I can't understand the texture of the fabric without actually looking at it. If you really like it, you may buy it here, but if the price is cheaper online, you can buy it online on the spot. Well, it's not cheap, so I think this is normal. The shop has a fairly large space such as Under Armor, so it may be good for those who like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イオンレイクタウン内には、他にもヴィクトリアスポーツが入っているが、キャンプ用品の品揃えは圧倒的に、オーソリティーに軍配。
越谷・草加・川口周辺でもここまで品揃えがイイのは、無いと思います。
某ホームセンターの様な、オリジナルブランドの価格には、負ける点もありますが、大体の物は揃うと思います。
確実に昨今のキャンプブームを意識した、店づくりをしてる印象があります。店員さんも印象が良かったです。
自分が探していた、アウトドアスパイスも潤沢に在庫がありました。
また、イオン系列の為カード利用の場合は、10％オフも利用可能なのは有難いです。
仕方ない点は、大きなレイクタウンの一番端っこの為、駐車場の場所を間違えるとだいぶ歩きます。健康の為には、全然イイんですが(笑)
最近、オリジナルアプリもスタートしてるので、高額商品を購入予定の方はダウンロードもありかも。

武道系のグッズを除けば大体揃っています。
各種目とも品揃えは抜群です。
今日はソックスを探しに来ました。
アウトドア関係もかなり充実していますが、登山用であれば、やはり専門店が安心でオススメです。
オーソリティカードの5%オフが９月で終了しました。会費もあるのにただのクレカになってしまいました。ヤメドキかもしれません。
