スポーツトレーナーをしている先生だだったので、スポーツの理解・知識が多く治療もとてもスムーズに進み、2週間ほどでサッカーを再開することが出来ました。
再発防止のアドバイスやストレッチ方法を教えてもらい助かりました。
また何かありましたらお世話になりたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2週間前にサッカーのプレー後捻ったわけでもないのに急に足首が腫れていました。アイシングと固定で様子を見ていましたが改善しませんでした。
今回初めて行きましたが超音波と電気治療を受け楽になりました。また原因は踵にあることを指摘されトレーニング方法も指導してくれました。今後もトレーニングを続け、足首の治療も継続したいと思います。
