D	Doug Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff with a very friendly and helpful attitude. The guys sorted out our gear, told us about closures on the mountain that morning due to winds and, when we missed the next bus, gave us a lift to the next nearby open hill.

There are both English and Japanese speaking staff where there should not be a problem for foreigners. However, the local staff are more friendly than the non-local staff. This shop has outlet not only in Hakuba, but also other cities in Japan or even in Canada

We've rented skis, poles, boots and helmets and they've all been in great condition and excellent quality. Their service goes above and beyond, don't even look anywhere else.
A	Alan Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a short 5-8 mins walk from the Hakuba bus station. And another 5-8 minutes to the Nakiyama slopes. It is also along the shuttle bus route to other ski slopes. Basically the shop is pretty convenient and easy to find. Staff was friendly and they have a caucasian staff to serve those who could not speak Japanese. However, the other local staff were equally conversant in English too. They were helpful in assisting me as I am a first timer. They also gave advice on how to get around the place, bus stops, bus timings etc. The shop is huge and well stocked. There were no in store lockers, so they did not allow us to deposit our bags there. However, they did allow us to store our shoes under the benches at our own risk. Price should be competitive and very transparent too. They did not hard sell on the optional equipment which was a good thing.

He helped me pick out the size i want and the boots. Then adjusted the bindings for me. The prices are very reasonable and the selection of boards is decent. Definitely recommend!! Opens 8am-5pm
