★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うさぎの調子が悪く、予約をしてるから来院しました。待ち時間もあまり無く診察がはじまりました。先生はとても優しくゆっくり丁寧に診察室をしてくれました。説明もわかりやすく、リスクの事や今後の事も考えてアドバイスして下さいました。
病院も綺麗でとても感じが良かったです！
今まで違う病院に通っていましたが、こちらの先生に今後はお世話になろうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初は好印象でした 先日牝犬が難産で診察最終時間30分前に電話したところ「今からだと時間外で治療費が高くなりますがよろしいですか❓」とそのあと「救急病院に行った方がいいんじゃないですか❓」こちらはお金も十分用意をしそよ風の先生を信頼しお願いしたんですけどとても残念です よほどお金がないと思われたんでしょうかね

She said, "Is it okay if the treatment cost is higher after hours?" And then "I went to the emergency hospital." 気になったのは先生の声が大きいこと。背が高くてガタイのいい男性に大きな声で話されると怖いです。うちの子も終始緊張していました。
あと、診察内容はいいんだけどなんの前触れも説明もなくうちのペットの写真を撮られて気分悪いです。
後から領収書に写真が印刷されていて、こういうことに使うんだとわかりましたが、
写真を撮るにあたっての同意が必要なんじゃないでしょうか？
同意を得てないんだから使わないでほしいです。怖くて言えないけど。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野良猫の避妊をお願いしました。避妊当日に助成を受けられる事をネットで知り対応してもらいましたが、教えてくれない事に不信感。それにメス猫は避妊したか分かるように左耳を切るのですが、右耳を切られました。謝り方も不信感。野良猫でも可愛がっているのに取り返し付かない事をされた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うさぎちゃんの白内障で初めてお世話になりました。先生はじめスタッフの方々がとても対応良く、初めての動物病院でしたし知識も全くなかったので不安でしたがしっかり説明してくれてとても安心しました。
電話で予約していたので行ったらすぐ診てくれ待ち時間もありませんでした。
駐車場が狭いのが難点でしたがそれ以外はとても良く感じました。
