先日、うちの大奥が自宅で安楽死一歩手前まで行きました。助かった理由は、ケアセンターの方が
調子が悪いとデイサービスに行けない母を心配で家に確認しに来てくれたから、そしてケアマネジャーさんに連絡、在宅看護士さんに上手く連携できたから感謝です。
ちなみに、お花畑は見れなかったそうです。(本人確認済）
