 The store manager responded to the cash register, but it was insanely unfriendly and the response was the worst. Isn't it better to re-learn how to serve customers from scratch?

それほど特殊でもない鼻炎の薬を1週間分もらうのに30分近く待たされるようなことばかり。
できれば他の店を利用したいと思いつつ、 JALマイルを貯めるために利用している。
Even though the inside of the store is rattle, it often takes a long time to get the medicine.
It's almost like waiting for nearly 30 minutes to get a week's worth of less special rhinitis medicine.
I would like to use another store if possible, but I am using it to earn JAL miles.
