★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at a hair salon in Japan! I asked for something and received the exact opposite; not to mention that I don’t think it’s even cut straight. The person who cut my hair was polite and quick, but that’s all. And I used Japanese and said the exact thing that I have told other hairdressers. The others understood without a problem, this one didn’t.
