仕事で中華街おひざ元の石川町に。中華を頂こうと思ったのですが、真青キレイな看板を発見、中華に後ろ髪をひかれながら入店。
早速、『チキンレッグと季節の野菜のスープカレー１３００円（２０２１年２月）』を注文、オープン直後なのでしょうか、お祝いのお花が飾ってあったり、注文の仕方をスタッフさんが確認されていたりです。
カレーの種類も８種類、チキン・角煮・野菜・ハンバーグ・そしてフォアグラまで多種なところに、スープの種類も基本のロイヤルスープに、エビ・ココナッツを加えたものも選べます（お値段が変わります）。
更に辛さやクミンライスの量も選べて、スープカレーを様々セミオーダー可能でカレー好きにはたまりません（値段が変わります）。
私は『ロイヤルスープ・辛さは２・ライス中盛２００ｇ』をお願いしました。
頂くと、スッキリ辛みのあるスープがライスにしみて美味しいです。更にスープに浸されている『ジャガイモ・ナス』も旨味タップリ。そしてメインの『チキンレッグ』が秀逸。ホロホロと口の中でほどけて旨味タップリ、全くパサパサしておりません。
スープもたっぷりで、お野菜の旨味を感じられる『スープカレーネイビーズ』さんのカレー、ランチにカレーで１０００円オーバーなのが正直辛いのですが・・・美味しく頂きました。

When you get it, the refreshing and spicy soup is soaked in rice and delicious. Furthermore, the "potato eggplant" soaked in the soup is also delicious. And the main "chicken leg" is excellent. It melts in your mouth and tastes good, and it is not dry at all.
To be honest, it's spicy that the curry of "Soup Curry Navy's", which has plenty of soup and you can feel the taste of vegetables, and the curry for lunch is over 1000 yen, but it was delicious.

日曜のランチタイムに訪問して先客5人でした。こちらのカレーはまず好みのカレーを選び、スープの種類(エビやココナッツ等)、辛さ(10段階)、ライスの量、トッピングをオーダーします。
一番人気のチキンレッグと野菜のカレー(1300円)をロイヤルスープの中辛、中盛で注文。
鶏の骨付き肉と素揚げした野菜がたくさん入っていました。鶏はホロホロになるまで煮込まれており、スパイシーなスープと良く合います。野菜は特にレンコンと芋餅が美味しかったです。個人的にはキャベツはサラダとして提供して貰えたら良かったと思います。
スープはスパイスがきいていますが、尖った感じではなく、バランス良くまとめた優しい味でした。人によっては物足りなさを感じるかも知れません。
店員さんも好感の持てる接客で良かったと思います。
