★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 玄関周りにスロープとテラス屋根をつけてもらい、コンクリートを打ってもらいました。みなさんテキパキと作業されて、仕上がりにも満足です。また何かあれば頼もうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月1日に現地確認をして、外構のパースをお願いしました。3週間掛かるとのことで、3週間待ちましたが何の成果提出もありませんでした。そうこうしている間に今年も終わりそうですが、相変わらず音沙汰なしです。クチコミ評価を期待してお伺いした外構業者さんでしたが、非常に残念です。土地の広さゆえなのか、予算が合わないのか、理由は分かりませんが、ソトリエさんで担当することが無理なのであれば待たせることなく回答が欲しかったです。こちらも待っていました。客の待つ時間はお構いなしですか？
We checked the site on November 1st and asked for a perspective of the exterior. I heard that it will take 3 weeks, so I waited for 3 weeks but did not submit any results. While doing so, this year is likely to end, but as usual there is no sound. It was a very disappointing outside contractor who visited us in anticipation of word-of-mouth evaluation. I don't know why it's because of the size of the land or the budget doesn't fit, but if it's impossible for Mr. Sotrier to take charge, I wanted an answer without waiting. I was also waiting for this. Is it okay for customers to wait?

最初は1の工事を頼みました。工事の結果や工事担当者の親切な対応が気に入りましたので、2と3の追加工事をお願いしました。
いずれも、大変満足しております。
もちろん、ソトリエさんに依頼する前には幾つかの業者に見積を取りました。そのいずれの業者も既存の屋根材などの設置だけしか対応してくれず、当家の現状に沿った工事は、対応が困難ということでした。
一方、ソトリエさんは、当家の現状に沿った設計を提案して頂き、納得できましたので、依頼しました。
そして、出来上がった工事も大変満足いくもので、次々に合計３件をお願いした次第です。
それから、これは余談ですが、ソトリエさんのスタッフから、将来の計画について大変前向きなお話を伺い感動しました。これからの益々の発展をお祈りします。

At first I asked for the construction of 1. I liked the result of the construction and the kind response of the person in charge of construction, so I asked for additional construction of 2 and 3.
We are very satisfied with both.
Of course, before asking Mr. Sotrier, I got a quote from several vendors. All of them only deal with the installation of existing roofing materials, etc., and it was difficult to deal with the construction in line with the current situation of our house.
On the other hand, Mr. Sotrier proposed a design that was in line with the current situation of our family, and I was satisfied with it, so I requested it.
And the completed construction is also very satisfying, so I asked for a total of 3 projects one after another.
And, as an aside, I was impressed to hear from Mr. Sotrier's staff a very positive story about his future plans. I pray for further development in the future.
