There is a wide range of bicycles for infants to adults for free. It has a gear and is in good condition. The uncle at the reception also kindly responded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料でシャワールームも使えて畳みの上で靴を脱いで休憩できる場所です。景色は田んぼしか見えませんが個人的には休憩するには最高の場所だと思っています。
It is a place where you can take a rest by taking off your shoes on the tatami mat, using the shower room for free. I can only see the rice field, but personally I think it is the best place to take a break.

ただし保険の関係で走行場所が限られますので職員さんの説明を良く聞いて下さい。
サイクルラック、自動販売機、休憩所、トイレの他にシャワーも有りますがシャワーはサイクリスト専用となり、自動車やオートバイの人は借りられません。
此処は単なるサイクリングターミナルではなく、健康増進施設という位置づけらしいので、この様な制約があるそうです。
Bicycles can be borrowed for free.
However, please note the staff's explanation carefully because the driving place is limited due to insurance.
There are showers in addition to cycle racks, vending machines, rest areas, restrooms, but showers are for cyclists only and cars and motorcycles can not be rented.
It seems that this is not just a cycling terminal but a health promotion facility, so there are restrictions like this.
