麺類はどちらもシンプルで良い味でした。
餃子も飾っていませんが、中の餡もしっかりした味、皮は少し厚めです。
どれも町中華らしいホッとさせる味でした。
次は他のものを注文してみたいと思います。
I ordered tanmen, katayakisoba and dumplings.
Both noodles were simple and tasted good.
The dumplings are not displayed, but the bean paste inside has a solid taste and the skin is a little thick.
All of them had a relaxing taste that was typical of Chinese food in town.
Next I would like to order something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚からあげラーメンは、豚肉がカリカリしてて美味しい。麺は細麺。餃子はニンニクがたくさん入っていて美味しい。
The pork fried ramen is delicious because the pork is crispy. The noodles are thin noodles. Gyoza is delicious with lots of garlic.

年配の親父さん２人で作っているっぽい？
お店はかなり年季が入っていますが、中々良質な街中華屋さんだと思いました、味も量も満足
メニュー持ってきてくださいますが、ランチ時間は今日の定食の中から選んだりする方が良いかもですね

本日は敢えて？こちらで。
入るとおじさまがテレビを観ながら待機中！
誰も居なかったのでどこでも良いと案内される。
ジャージャー麺とあんかけ焼きそば、焼き餃子を注文。
キッチンを覗くと意外に広い〜感じで鍋の音がする。
程なく着丼。
どちらも超〜細麺、意外にクタクタ、日本ではあまり見たことない感じの麺。
香港とか、台湾で食べたみたいな、そうめん？半生麺みたいな食感で、好き嫌いが分かれそうな感じ。
ジャージャー麺の肉味噌はしょっぱ目だけど、ハズレない、あんかけの餡、これも大概ハズレなしの王道。
味変に掛けようと思ったお酢がどこのテーブルも少な目で、ちょっと濁っていた。何故？苦笑
