とても綺麗な施設です。
コロナの影響で所要時間は30分、ゆっくり本を読めるスペースは使用不可、雑誌の新刊はありませんでした。
その分、DVDは3本・本は何冊でも借りられます。
返却は、野栄の図書館でも可能との事です。
絵本はとても充実していますし、いろんな種類の書籍がありとても楽しかったです。

Therefore, you can borrow 3 DVDs or any number of books.
It can be returned at Noei Library.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもの頃から利用しています。2020年以降は入り口で図書カードを提示する方式になりましたが、入館回数を減らすため返却期限3週間となりました。借りた本をじっくり楽しめます。
文庫、新書の本棚がとても充実しているため、片っ端から読みたくなります。

千葉県西部の図書館の充実ぶりとは比較できませんが、新規購入数、セレクトが東総地区（香取、銚子、旭など）より良いです。
12月なので、入口がクリスマスの飾りつけになってました。

Although it cannot be compared with the fullness of the library in western Chiba prefecture, the number of new purchases and selection are better than those in the Toso area (Katori, Choshi, Asahi, etc.).
