利用の可否を検討して連絡いただけるとの約束でしたが、1週間待っても連絡なし。こちらから電話してみると、相談した時点で分かっていた理由で受入れ不可と決まっていました。ダメならダメと教えてくれればいいのに、待っていたせいで、他の施設のタイミングまで逸しました。 入居先を探す障害者とその家族の切実な思いをなんとも思わない会社のようです。 重度障害者対象としていますが、軽度対象のように求人しています。

HPには中度~重度の障害者を預かっているみたいに書いてありますが、車椅子の障害者の身内は座位がとれないのでお断りされました。面接の時に車椅子に乗って障害者の身内も一緒に伺いましたが、その時は何も言われず、1週間のお試しで泊まれる話も出て、離れるのは寂しいけれど将来の事も考えて家族で気持ちも固まり、お試しに向けて色々揃えないとと思っていましたら、面接から1週間弱後にスタッフが育っていないから無理との連絡が。それならば面接時に分かっているはずなので、すぐお断りしてもらった方が良かったです。7月現在でサービス管理責任者、スタッフの管理責任者、生活支援員、夜間世話人の募集をしてます。募集内容は一部介助&お話し相手&食事作りと書いてあり、夜間の世話人の場合は未経験資格無しでもOKで、空いた時間は自宅にいるみたいに好きな事をして良いと書かれてました。高いお給料払いますとも書いてあり、ちゃんとした人が入るのかなぁと不安も。だからお断りされて良かったかもしれません。 やはり軽度の障害者で何でも出来て話せる元気な人じゃないと危ないなぁと。
