小学校の道路を挟んで横で、風が強いと砂が舞い上がるらしい。
機械式の駐車場では、何度か事故があり。
住人の誰かが、悪質な嫌がらせ（皆が通る廊下にわざと物を落とすなど）がある模様。
小学校の横の中学校は、悪名高い中学校。
良い所はお互い挨拶出来る方が多い、部屋が格安、周辺に色んな施設があり、生活するのにはとても便利。
公園も小学校の向かいにあります。
あとは、スポーツセンターが近いので自然が割と多く、犬の散歩やウオーキングをする方が多いです。
