言葉使い等ではなく、折り返しの連絡が遅かったりそういう部分で。
まだ設置前なので他社に変更するか検討中。
 Correspondence is bad.
It's not the wording, but the part where the call back is late or something like that.
Since it has not been installed yet, we are considering changing to another company.

HPのお問い合わせフォームに入力して送信、「以下のお問い合わせを受付致しました。確認次第ご連絡いたしますので、少々お待ちください。」
と自動返信が来たのにその後、何も連絡が来ず完全無視された状態。
納品日の変更依頼だったが、元々の納品予定日に納品されないって事は依頼が受理されたって事なのか？！
水自体は美味しいし、そもそも大阪エヴェッサのスポンサーって事で契約をしただけに残念でならない。

Fill out the HP inquiry form and send it, "We have received the following inquiries. We will contact you as soon as we confirm, so please wait for a while."
I received an automatic reply, but after that, no contact came and it was completely ignored.
It was a request to change the delivery date, but does the fact that it is not delivered on the original scheduled delivery date mean that the request has been accepted? !!
The water itself is delicious, and it's a shame that we signed a contract as a sponsor of Osaka Evessa in the first place.
