Although the parking lot is small, there is a public place behind the fields and rice fields so there is no worry. A nice and compact place with air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも混んでいなく、静かに読書ができる落ち着ける場所。蔵書の多寡はあるだろうとは思うけど設備も新しく良い所だと思う。飲食スペースが一寸貧弱かな。
A calm place where you can read quietly without being always crowded. I think there will be a large collection of books, but I think the facilities are new and good. The eating and drinking space is a little poor.

待ち時間ある時などはどう施設内に図書館もあります！
中堅的な施設ですが、多くの方に利用して頂いてます！
It is an easy-to-use home with 800 seats, lighting, and an acoustic table. If the seat is movable, it can be used for multiple purposes.
There is also a library in the facility when you have to wait!
Although it is a medium-sized facility, it is used by many people!
