Horrible experience. Placed an online order, didn’t receive all the items. Called them multiple times but they kept saying they will investigate and get back to me but never did. I’m talking ¥1500-2000 worth of goods not delivered. Avoid at all costs!! Scammers!! EDIT: They did eventually send the goods but the whole process was really exhausting

Very unhappy with my purchase. I ordered Beef Mince, special beef, Hokaido, Nasco brand for Ramadan but received Australian Mutton mince, which I never buy because I do not buy meat from Australia. Very bad experience. Their service could be better if there was an option for refund. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I will reconsider this shop for future purchases.

They are taking fake orders.They will show items available in the site but after we order they will inform us that items are out of stock. We have same experience many times. We have ordered items to hold a party, and we did not receive the items until the evening of day before party. When we called they told that they didn’t send items because some items not available. Even they didn’t inform us. Very very irresponsible people can’t be trusted....

It was a nightmare when I received the order I had placed online from Sonali. They sell low quality food which are about to expire. One of the food packages I received was ruptured and was sealed using adhesive tapes (attached picture). They knew that the pack was ruptured before posting, but were reckless to replace. Will never recommend anyone to buy from here again. When I emailed them the picture attached they didn't bother to respond.

Very bad experience for online shopping. I ordered 2 flavours of instant noodles, they called me and said "we have different brand" while what they meant was "different flavour". So it ended up they sent me different flavours which i dont need! When i complained, they insisted they already confirmed i was ok with different flavour. Funny seller. It's their mistake but they never admitted. Even told me it was my mistake instead. Also another story about beef i ordered, but nevermind. I could write 3 pages here.

I have been ordering from this shop for 6 month, I like that they have a fresh meat. The problem that the staff are careless. Sometimes they change an item by another item, which is totally different without asking the customer permission.

Bad experience with online order. Items delivered is different than what is ordered. Also there is a discrepancy in quantity. The frozen chicken seems to have been defrosted and refroze.
