チ	チムチム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【嘘をついて診察】口内炎の治療を受けるため受診しましたが、ひどい対応をされました。口内炎がひどく、レーザーによる治療をしてもらいたかったため、HPにレーザー治療の記載があった当院へいきました。念のため受付でスタッフの方にレーザー治療ができるか尋ねると「診察しだいで可能」と言われたため、お願いすることに。予約していなかったため、その場で40分ほど待つことになりました。その後診察室へ通され、医師による患部の診察が行われましたが、「ストレスによる噛み合わせが発端で傷ができた可能性がある。今回はレーザーではなく、ぬり薬による治療にしましょう」と言われました。本当は一刻も早く症状を緩和させたかたったのでレーザー治療が希望でしたが、診察の結果ということで、わかりましたと従いました。しかしその直後医師が、「ちなみに今、レーザーは修理に出していて、できないんですよね」……と信じられない一言。なぜそれをはじめに言わない？レーザー治療ができるかのように案内した上で待たせ、診察してレーザー以外の治療で納得させた上で、最終的にレーザーがないことを明かすという酷い対応。その上誤った案内をしたことへの謝罪も一切ありませんでした。最初に間違えたスタッフも良くないですが、それ以上に医師の診察の進め方やごまかし方に、呆然としました。他のレビューにも嘘をつかれたというような内容のものがありましたが、当院は万事がそのような対応なのでしょう。信頼に値しないクリニックです。 [Lie and medical examination] I went to see him for treatment for mouth ulcer, but he was treated badly.
