★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下層階は日当たりが全くありません。たまに下水の臭気が漂います。契約のときに利用したハウスコムに相談しましたが、窓を開けとけとの助言しかありませんでした。ハウスコムはおすすめできない店です。洗面台は広く、浴室乾燥機もついています。設備は充実していると思います。６階建ての３階以上ならいいんじゃないでしょうか。日当たり悪い部屋なら少し家賃安いみたいですけど。
 There is no sunlight on the lower floors. Occasionally there is an odor of sewage. I consulted with Housecom, which I used at the time of the contract, but only advised me to open the window. Housecom is not recommended. The wash basin is large and has a bathroom dryer. I think the facilities are substantial. Wouldn't it be nice if it was a 6-story building with 3 or more floors? It seems that the rent is a little cheaper if the room is not sunny.
