★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の方は良かったが半年～1年経った位から接客やカットが悪くなっていった。規模拡大を急ぎすぎている感がある。新規顧客獲得も大事だと思うが常連に対して適当な態度をとるようでは普通のチェーン店の美容院と変わらないと思う。一度立ち止まって自分たちの幾末を考え直した方がいいと思う。
The first one was good, but after half a year to a year, customer service and cuts became worse. There is a feeling that the scale has been expanded too quickly. I think it's important to acquire new customers, but if you take a proper attitude toward regulars, I think it's no different from an ordinary chain hair salon. I think it's better to stop and reconsider your end.
