★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホンダのバイクに乗る人はもちろんバイクに乗る人にとって聖地のひとつです。可愛らしい小さめのミュージアムですが、本田宗一郎氏の生まれ故郷である天竜の地に存在することが意義あること。すでに3～4回訪れています。しばらくぶりに行くと1階の展示が変わっていたりします。バイクでお越しの際はそのまま伝承館前の広いスペースにバイクを乗り入れて駐輪します。先客がいればわかりますが、いない場合は知らないと躊躇してしまうでしょう。でもここに乗り入れるのが正解です。
 It is one of the sacred places for Honda bikers as well as bikers. It's a cute little museum, but it's significant that it exists in Tenryu, the birthplace of Soichiro Honda. I have already visited 3-4 times. If you go for the first time in a while, the exhibition on the first floor may change. When you come by motorcycle, you can park your motorcycle in the large space in front of the Denshokan. You can tell if you have a customer, but if you don't, you will hesitate if you don't know. But the correct answer is to get in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest plus here is the free admission, however you must still check in with the front desk/cashier upon entering. There are maybe just over a dozen motorcycles, all on the first floor. However, none are particularly exotic.
Parking is also very limited, but was not full on the Saturday afternoon I visited on.
If you happen to be in the area it's worth dropping by, but I would not go out of my way to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I respect Soichiro Honda. Everything is wonderful. Since the exhibition vehicles are replaced regularly, you can enjoy it no matter how many times you go. I sincerely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the birthplace of Soichiro Honda. You can hear Soichiro's voice in the video. A remarkable exhibition that collects only famous motorcycles in the hall. The exhibits are very well preserved.
The retro building is the former Futamata Town Hall in 1924 ( Nationally registered tangible cultural property.) The site of the house where Soichiro grew up is north of here. His house is gone. It's a little far if you walk from here.
He studied at a nearby school. When he grew up, he trained at an auto repair shop in Tokyo and opened a store in the center of Hamamatsu. This is first place. HONDA's main museum "Honda Collection Hall" is located in Twin Ring Motegi, Tochigi Prefecture.
It is barrier-free for visitors. The shared parking lot in the town is free.
