★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乗り込んだ時も無言で、扉を閉めるのも乱暴、道案内しても無視して遠回りし、到着時の料金も言ってくれず、おつりも後ろ手で渡されました。
接客業だとか以前に話を無視するのは流石に無いと思いました。

違うことを指摘すると「どちらでも同じです」と一言だけ。
謝罪もなく終始不機嫌。
返事もなく、「左手に見えるマンション｣という簡単な説明に対しても解りづらい！と逆ギレ(いやいや、あれが見えないのはおかしい)
レシート下さいと言っても返事なく無言で手渡し
あまりに酷いので本社にクレームの電話入れました。
ちなみに電話の対応はとても紳士でした。最悪なのは1部の老いぼれドライバーだけなのでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前「盛岡駅⇔ホテル」の行先で利用いたしました。ホテルでのイベント後、盛岡駅に向かい新幹線に乗る予定だったので「イベント後の時間帯は混みますかねぇ？発車時刻に間に合いますか？」とドライバーさんに問い合わせた所、「十分間に合うと思います。それなら早めにホテルで私待機してますよ」とご厚意で帰りの行程もお世話になり無事余裕をもって新幹線に乗り込むことが出来ました。「もは」の訛りが特徴ある素敵なドライバーさんでした。
