★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 円空仏を拝観するため訪れました。
お寺のご婦人が色々とお話しくださり、勉強になりました。
仏像は田舎館と同じ大きなタイプで、田舎館と比べて、
お顔がふくやかで丸みがあります。頭上の化仏も同様です。
体の厚みもしっかりあるように思えました。
こちらの円空仏はどうして当寺で保管されるようになったのか分からないそうで、
さらに近年まで円空仏と認められていなかったそうです。
当寺は市内に大きな火災がある数日前に火災があり燃えてしまったそうです。
円空仏はその際に助けられたとのことで、当時の方の命がけの行動に感謝です。
なお円空仏の並びに千躰仏もあるのですが、
そちらは少し黒ずんでいるものもあり、火をかぶった名残とのことでした。
当時はお庭も立派で、つつじの季節にはより綺麗だとのことでした。
拝観は要予約です。
拝観料は特にないとのことですが志納させてもらいました。
駐車場は本堂側のスペースに止めさせてもらいました。

Furthermore, it seems that it was not recognized as Enku Buddha until recent years.
It is said that the temple was burned by a fire a few days before there was a big fire in the city.
Enku Buddha was helped at that time, and I am grateful for the life-threatening actions of those at that time.
There are also Enku Buddha and Sentai Buddha,
Some of them were a little dark, and it was a remnant of the fire.
At that time, the garden was also splendid, and it was said that it was more beautiful during the azalea season.
Reservation required for viewing.
I heard that there is no particular admission fee, but I decided to pay it.
The parking lot was parked in the space on the main hall side.
