夕	夕日と朝日をつなぐ糸ーKaori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 印西にあるカフェ、糸　さん。住宅街の中にあるので、何度か迷って周辺を行ったり来たりしてしまいました。お伺いした日はあいにくの曇り空、雨でしたが、オープン前から続々とくるお客さんが人気を物語っていました。ドアを開けた瞬間に感じる『落ち着く雰囲気』店主さんも、とても雰囲気がよく、優しいオーラが漂う食器愛が溢れる可愛らしい女性でした。私が頼んだのは、本日のクレープのプレート。ケーキが入っているショーケースの前に座ってしまったこともありどうしてもケーキが食べたくなって、追加でデザート頼んじゃいました。クレープはモッチモチでほどよく甘みのある生地です。写真の苺の下にあるのが、ミニトマトになりますがこれが苺に負けないくらい甘くて絶品でした。ソーセージも肉感。全部の食材に対して、あー、好き。って終始思いながら食べました。ケーキは名前忘れてしまいましたが、キャラメルとチョコ、ナッツが入っていました。しっっとり、若干チューイーな感じがチャイラテとよく合いました。今度は、個人的に食器やカトラリー集めが趣味なので、店主さんとゆっくりお話しできたら良いなぁと思ってます。 Ito-san, a cafe in Inzai. く	くまのこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やや奥まった場所にひっそりある隠れ家カフェ。不定休とのことでSNSで確認して日曜日のお昼時に訪問しました。お店の席数は2人掛けが5～6卓ほど。私が入店して満席になりました。食事はクレープサレのランチプレートを注文。別に紅茶を必ず注文するシステムのようです。紅茶はいくつか種類が用意されていて、どれも丁寧に説明が書かれてあって選ぶのも楽しみです。デザートはメニューに書かれていないものも用意があるとのことでご説明いただいて紅玉のタルトを注文しましたが、お値段が分からないままでした。食事はとてもおいしくてお店の雰囲気も素敵でした。他のお客様のことも考えてお静かにお過ごし下さいとメニューに書かれてあって、客は皆さん静かに過ごしていたのですが、お知り合いの方が来店されるとお店のスタッフさんが割りと大きな声で話されていたのが気になりました。 A hidden cafe in a quiet place.
