支払いで行きましたが、請求書を持ってきていないと言ったら、この後予約4名あるから今日はできませんと、心無い、不親切な対応されました。
そのあと、仕方なく、別の店舗に行きましたが、10名予約入ってても、請求書も不要で、すぐに対応してもらえました。
2年前に20年以上お世話になったD社からソフトバンクに切り替えましたが、D社の時は顧客対応で不満に思ったことは無かったですが…
会社のカラーの違いでしょうか。
I've been here several times, but I'm always looking from above and unfriendly. (I think it depends on the person)
I went by payment, but when I said that I didn't bring the invoice, I couldn't do it today because I had 4 reservations after this.
After that, I had no choice but to go to another store, but even if I made a reservation for 10 people, I didn't need an invoice and they responded immediately.
Two years ago, I switched from Company D, which had been indebted to me for over 20 years, to SoftBank, but when I was at Company D, I had never been dissatisfied with customer service ...
Is it a difference in company color?
