★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it s a average park that looks a bit abandoned. There are better park around there. Still, if you want just to chill or take a walk, then it's a good place. There is a high tower also to watch the panorama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A park that would serve a good family outing in the summer days with the nice coastal road along the sea front lined with palm trees. View mainly consists of Tokyo bay, on a good day you can see the sky tree and other key landmarks of Tokyo, but only just barely. Kind of exposed to the elements with strong wind in the winter days, not recommended for the winter.
On site parking (around 50) near the observation tower that you can walk up the 5 stories stairs, does not really improve on the view however.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea! Nice big park with plenty of space to run around and have a picnic, but no climbing frames or fun athletic type courses for young children to enjoy... its a good place to just sit and relax, take some pictures and eat your own brought food.
