私は今まで美容師さんの独特な雰囲気が苦手で美容室に行くのがいつも億劫になっていました。
ですが、スナッグルの店長さんはとても穏やかで悩みを相談しやすく、施術中もこちらのタイミングに合わせてスタイルに問いかけてくれたり、非常にリラックスできました。初めての美容室でここまで緊張せずにいられたのにびっくりしています。
