原	原田愛奈 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近隣住民処か、利用者のことを考えてない施設。建てる時に何も考えていないから、施設の駐車場が有るにも関わらず、利用者の乗り降りは基本道路。道路は交通量はある程度あるので、もしもやヒヤリハットを考えていないことが良く分かります。何度か、車の中に高齢者だけがいて、周囲に職員がいない場面も有りましたし。 A facility that does not consider the neighbors or users. Since I didn't think about anything when I built it, users can get on and off the basic road even though there is a parking lot for the facility. There is a certain amount of traffic on the road, so it's easy to see if you're not thinking about hiyari hats. There were times when there were only elderly people in the car and no staff around.
宮	宮本舞 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。1もつけたくないほど0の評価です。預かってもらうから当時はキツく言えなかったですが、・連絡帳に検温から連絡事項を書いても、見てないようで、休むことを書いても当日迎えの電話が来る・お風呂に入ったと連絡帳に書かれているのにお風呂に入っていない・連絡事項を毎回何かある度に忘れられる・その度に連絡ミスです、、指導ミスですと、、大丈夫ですか？ここの施設・お迎えに来る人も毎回違いますが、何度手足不自由なので車椅子でお願いしても車椅子を忘れる、挙げ句の果てには面倒くさそうにされる・一歩間違えば後ろに思い切り転けて頭を強打して大事故になるからお願いしているのに車椅子にストッパーも面倒なのかかけてくれない・毎回終始見張っておかないとちゃんとしてもらえませんでした・お風呂もたまに入ったら、入った日の着替えが裏返しのまま脱ぎっぱなしのままぐっちゃぐちゃに入れられていて、それ自体は言いませんがそういった杜撰なところが、預けている間家族にも雑にされているのではないかと不安でした・家庭の事情、家族の病状などでどうしても預けないといけない日が気が気でなくて、移動先の空きがでるまで不安の日々でした・連絡帳だけが、預けている間のつながりなのに、連絡帳に嘘を書かれては何を信じていいのか、恐ろしいです・コロナ禍の中なのにマスクはいつも鼻が出ていたり、かなり近距離で話されたり、安全面、衛生面、責任面全てにおいてダメでした It's the worst.
