麦	麦酒! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回、アイテムが壊れた話をしたら、『持ってきてくだされば対応（修理）可能です』と。今回、そのアイテムを持って行ったら別のスタッフが『まずはスマホにアプリを入れて、そこから申し込みしてください』と。はっ？！おまけに言い方が腹立たしい。わざわざビルボー店舗まで持ってきたのに、お客が不愉快になる言い方にビックリ。世界のスノーピーク、お客様目線でないことを知りました。スノピ歴10年以上で商品をたくさん使っていますが、スノピ熱が一気に冷めました。たった1人のテキトーな接客が大企業の足を引っ張ることをご存知ないとは残念なスタッフです。名札、見ておけばよかった。おそらく、不快に感じる接客は他にもしていると思います。私が横柄な態度で修理依頼したわけではありません。お心あたりのスタッフの方、お気をつけてください。 Last time, when I talked about a broken item, he said, "If you bring it, we can handle (repair) it."
