★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が最悪。以前、自分と同姓同名の契約者が契約解除した際に、間違えて私のところが解約されていたようで別の人が私の駐車場に停めていた。それを電話で伝えたら、解約されましたよね？と。解約時に駐車番号など名前以外に確認しないのでしょうか。とりあえずそのときは空いているところに停めるよう指示をもらいそうしました。私のところに別の方が契約してしまったので、空いているところへの変更をすすめられたが、そちらの間違いなのに一言も謝罪なし。面倒くさそうな言い方。すべて指摘させていただいたら、ようやく手の平を返したように猫撫で声になり謝罪の言葉。会社の場所も分かりづらいです。とりあえず最悪です笑あとこんな田舎の駐車場なのに月額4500円と高め笑
