★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく行く小児科の隣の薬局で立地は便利だが私はもう利用しない。
粉薬の紙の封がきちんとできていないものが1週間分のうち2袋もあり粉だらけになった。個々の薬の封に何も記載がないため、何種類か似た粉薬が出されたときに非常に間違えやすい。実際子供が外袋から出してしまい危うく分からなくなるところだった。
そして、当たり前に後発医薬品ジェネリックばかり出してくる。
個々に記載をしてくれてアンケート通り先発薬を出してくれるか確認をしてくれて、きちんとパッケージもしてくれる薬局に処方箋を持っていくことにする。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マニュアル通りに仕事をしているだけなのか、処方箋を渡した際、こちらに対しての質問や話し方がぶしつけな感じがした。声も小さくてもっとはっきり喋ってほしい。スマイル薬局という店名だが、スマイルは一切なし。急用でない限り今後利用はしたくない。
