K	K T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車購入一ヶ月。初めて洗車専門店でプレミアム洗車とフロントガラスコーティングを依頼。作業終了後に運転席に乗り込むとミラーの内側一体の拭き取りが出来ていなかったが、それくらいならいいかと帰宅。プロに依頼するのは初めてだったので帰宅後に車を一周して確認したところ、なんとルーフとボンネットに汚れが残っており、フロントグリル、リアバンパー下部の拭き取りが全く出来ていない。フロントグリルは帰宅するまでに乾いたところに汚れが固まって残っている悲惨な状態。ルーフ右側には何か擦った様なキズ、バンパー、グリルのピアノブラック部も拭き取りでできたであろう比較的目立つキズが入っていた。納車から3週は自身で洗車していたがピアノブラック部は特に気を付けて拭きあげていたので今回キズが入ったことがショックでならない。お店に対応を求めているが、対応次第では問題が大きくなりそう。自分で洗車するよりプロに依頼する方が綺麗に仕上がると思っていたのに残念です。 One month to buy a new car.
