予約やホームページ見たとか言っても結局工賃が安くならない。
ひどい店、二度と行かない。

何故かタメ口で上から目線で対応された。
どうしても必要だったので我慢して購入したが、もう利用することはないと思う。
とにかく不愉快だった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービス、接客には不満はありません。しかし、HPを見て電話で予約すればiPhoneの作業工賃はかからないとHPにあります。しかしながら、そのような案内もなく当たり前のように作業工賃がかかりました。こちらが言わないのが悪いのかもしれませんが、かなりガッカリです。
There is no dissatisfaction with service and customer service. However, if you look at HP and make an appointment by phone, it will be on HP if the work fee of iPhone does not cost. However, there was no such guidance and it took a labor cost as usual. Perhaps it is wrong not to say this, but it is quite disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バッテリー交換をしたのですが、1時間ほどでランチついでにでき、値段も安くて、満足しています。店員さんの感じも電話予約の際、店頭でと、とても良く、また何かありましたら利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の態度、説明の仕方が良くない、と色々なレビューにありましたが、お気持ちわかりました。あの態度ではある程度の年代以上の方は良い気持ちはしないと思います。格安で対応しているのはわかりますが、動作しなくなっても一切店側に責任はありませんので、、という趣旨の説明がくどく、サービス業としてどうなの？という気持ちになる。
There were various reviews saying that the clerk's attitude and the way of explanation were not good, but I understood how it felt. I don't think people over a certain age will feel good with that attitude. I understand that it is cheap, but even if it does not work, the store is not responsible at all, so the explanation to the effect is confusing, what about the service industry? I feel like that.

交換する前の最大容量は70%程度だったので交換し、100%になったがたったのひと月で最大容量は58%まで下がっている。要するにゴミカス以下。皆さん接客態度も最低限でしたのであまりおすすめしません！
詐欺られた気分です、注意してください。
I replaced the battery of my iPhone, but after about a month I noticed that the battery was depleted quickly.
The maximum capacity before the replacement was about 70%, so I replaced it and it became 100%, but the maximum capacity has dropped to 58% in just one month. In short, it is less than garbage. I don't recommend it because everyone's customer service was minimal!
I feel scammed, be careful.
