コ	コアラのマーチ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一歳くらいの子供たちと大人３人。とりあえず、今日はここはだめだよ的なことを伝えた後、一気に解散して遊び始める。大人３人はただ監視してるだけ。一緒に追いかけっこするわけでもなく。。。ただみてるだけ。外で走り回るのもいいけど一緒に遊ばないのかな？ただだめなことをしてる子にだめだよ！的なことを話しかける。砂を投げた子に、おばさん先生がだめでしょ！！?って何度か怒る。分かってるの？？?と。ただ一歳の子にそんなこと何度も言ったってわかるわけない。自分でも他の保育士と、この子怒られてること分かってないわ！って言ってて。そこまで分かってんのに、その子に対して分かってるの？だめでしょ！！?って頭を上から押しながらも怒る。そこまで分かってるなら一度ダメ！と強めに言ってから、砂は投げないでこうやって遊ぼうよ！とか他の遊び方ができるように促してあげればいいのに。。。親といる時間より長い時間ある環境がそんなんで自分が親だったら嫌だな。。預け先で自分の子供がそんな状況。。辛い。新人の保育士さんがあれをみてあれをよしとしてそういう保育園にならないといいなと思いました。みんながそうではないとは思いますが。。 Children about one year old and three adults. R	RS 1994 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 役所に出す就労証明書とは別で園独自の就労証明書があります。園独自の就労証明書も会社に記載してもらわなくてはいけません。役所に出して　園にも出さなくてはいけない理由がわかりません。両親の情報などを書く緊急連絡先等の書類も提出するので園独自の就労証明書は不必要だと思いますが。子供が３人いて　上2人は別の保育園に通っていますが園独自の就労証明書なんて出した事も求められた事もありません。オムツが小さいと保育士に言われて家で最後の１袋余っているからそれを使い切ってからサイズアップしますと言っても余っているのは家で使って保育園の分は買ってくださいと言われる　自分はオムツを変えていてオムツが小さいと感じたことは一回もない。上の2人が通っている　こども園は使い切ってからで大丈夫なので　もうそろそろサイズアップをお願いしますとちゃんと配慮してくれたが　スカイ保育園にはそういった配慮がない。 In addition to the employment certificate issued to the government office, there is a employment certificate unique to the garden.
