★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2階スタンド席の手前がガラス板になっていて、最前列～３列目くらいまではガラス越しに１階フロアを観ることになります。カメラ撮影する人は注意が必要。それ以外は、施設はキレイだし、スタンド席の段差は幅広で後ろの方の席でも観やすいし、良い体育館だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きな体育館でサブホールや武道館もあります。ただ大きな大会がある日は奥の駐車場までが満杯になって、停められない車が通路や植え込み、歩道に半分乗り上げる等、あちこちに駐車するので、通れないところがでてくる！規模のわりに駐車場が少ないです。資料によるとP1～P5までで560～580台分しかありません。ただ少し離れた豊田スタジアムの駐車場も利用(無料)できました。炎天下歩いて20分程かかりました( ＞Д＜；)。
ホール一階にスナック類の売店はありますが、近くにコンビニがないので(近くにホットモットはある)、あらかじめ買っておいた方がいいかも。

There are few parking lots for the scale. According to the materials, there are only 560 to 580 cars from P1 to P5. However, I was able to use the parking lot of Toyoda Stadium, which is a little far away (free of charge). It took about 20 minutes to walk under the scorching sun (＞ Д ＜ ；).
There is a snack shop on the first floor of the hall, but there is no convenience store nearby (there is a hot motto nearby), so you may want to buy it in advance.

それ以外は良いと思います。

まず、公共のトレーニングジムにバーベルがあるのが奇跡。
パワーラックが2台あるとか神。
あそこは格安フィットネスジム。
300円(ロッカー代は20円)で一通りの器具が扱えます。
ダンベル複数とバーベルが2本、ベンチは4台、アームカール用のバーシャフト1本。
パワーラックもあるのでビッグ3ができる。
パワーベルトはないので各自持参になるかと。
ベンチはフラットとインクラインがあるので使い分けも可能です。
マシンはレッグプレス、レッグエクステンション
ラットマシン(ラットプルダウンと三頭筋用ロープ)
ショルダープレス、チェストプレス、
レッグカール、アブドミナル。
これだけあれば十分。
有酸素は言わずもがな。複数台あります。
あと公共の施設なのにBGMが上がる洋楽が流れていたりしてモチベーションが良き。
マシン充実しててもBGMなんかの雰囲気が良くないとモチベーション上がらないしやる気も出にくいので意外とありがたい。
週一しか行けませんが、最高の場所だと思います。
器具の名称が分からない方もいるかと思いますが、分かる人には分かる。

Rat machine (lat pull-down and triceps rope)
Shoulder press, chest press,
Leg curl, abdominal.
This is enough.
Not to mention aerobics. There are multiple units.
Also, even though it is a public facility, Western music with high BGM is playing, which is good for motivation.
Even if the machine is fully equipped, if the atmosphere of BGM is not good, motivation will not rise and it will be difficult to get motivated, so I am thankful.
I can only go there once a week, but I think it's the best place.
Some people may not know the name of the device, but those who understand it will understand it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に綺麗で設備も整っているのですが、１階男子トイレの大ですがあまりにも水量が少なく水圧が弱いです。なのでかなりの高確率で前の方の置き土産に遭遇します。
もし、利用する方がいましたら一度流して、そこからもう一呼吸おいてから再度流してお土産が無くなったことを確認してください
