★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数多くのドラマやCMなどの動画、静止画媒体としても使われた、豊洲最古のタワーマンション。現在の豊洲の繁栄に先駆けた時代の建物と言え、今ではもっと大きなマンションが建つために高さや大きさはそれほどでもないが、周囲を公園や運河、貯木場に囲まれ、マンションの裏側はかつての貯木場だった水域を見渡すことのできる眺望スポットであり、夜景も美しい。
 Toyosu's oldest tower condominium, which was also used as a medium for videos and still images in numerous dramas and commercials. It can be said that it was a building that pioneered the prosperity of Toyosu today, and although it is not so high or large because a larger condominium is built now, it is surrounded by parks, canals, and storage areas, and the back side of the condominium used to be.
