悪く言えば馴れ馴れしく、客は友達ではないので適度な距離感を持って欲しい
また過去のクチコミを拝見したがわざわざコメントの返信をしているのも気になった
I went the other day, but it ’s a friendly and cozy salon.
To put it a little bit, it ’s familiar and the customer is n’t a friend, so I ’d like to have a good sense of distance.
I also looked at past reviews but I was bothered to reply to comments.

It is a nice salon with a bright atmosphere and full of personality of the owner. The stylists are also kind and satisfied with the finish more than requested. It's a recommended shop!

I have been using this beauty salon for a long time. There is a good hairdresser who will cut you the way you want. I'm a men's, but I like it as a very cozy beauty salon. Everyone is good at talking, and they remember each and every customer well, and they are perfect as a customer service.
