★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガパオは、辛子のレベルも選ぶ事ができ、レベル2が多分、日本人には丁度良い辛さかなと思いました。辛いのが好きならレベル4以上もアリだと思いました。タイ人の僕にとってはソウルフードでした。美味しいかったです。
タイティーラテもタイの味を思い出します。御馳走様でした。
お店の方、夫婦はとてもフレンドリーで話すのも楽しかったです。

Thai tea latte also reminds me of Thai taste. It was a treat.
The shop and the couple were very friendly and I enjoyed talking.

フードは少ないですが、雰囲気と相俟ってお茶とお喋りに好適。
本場の方が調理なさってるので、多少日本向けにアレンジしてますが、本質は外さないのはさすがです。

知り合いから美味しいと聞いていたので、今回友人と行ってきました！
ガイパッタクライスとガパオライスを注文。
どちらも本格的ながら、タイ料理が初めての日本人でも食べやすい味でとても美味しかったです。
ガイパッタクライスは、刻んだレモングラスと鶏肉を炒めた料理。辛さは、一口食べた後にそこはかとなく辛味を感じる程度。
レモングラスは食べ慣れていなかったのですが、鶏肉と一緒に食べることでシャキシャキとした食感があり、食べれば食べるほど病みつきに。香りもレモンのような清涼感のある香りで食欲をそそり、暑い夏にとても合っていました。辛いものが好きな方は注文時に辛味を追加するのも良いと思います。
ガパオライスはナンプラーがきいていて、肉やスパイスの旨みと相まってまさに本場の味。エスニック料理が大好きな私は大満足でした！
因みに、もしかしたら初めてタイ料理を召し上がる方は、ナンプラーに少し独特なクセを感じるかもしれませんが、エスニック系の料理では必須の調味料です。すぐに食べ慣れると思います。また、全体的にスパイスや辛味も日本人向けに多少控えめにしている感じでしたので、どなたにもオススメできるお店だと思います。
次はぜひカレーを食べに行きたいです。
追伸
メニュー選びに悩んだ時、男性の方がわかりやすく解説してくださいました。お料理を作ってくださっている女性の方もとても親切で、感じの良いお店でした！
おしゃれなドリンクメニューもたくさんあり、見慣れないドリンクはとても興味をそそられました！私が飲んだアンチャンバニラは、ブルーの色合いもきれいでとても美味しかったです。インスタ映えにも良さそうですよ！

I ordered Guy Patta Kreis and Gapao Rice.
Both were authentic, but the taste was easy to eat even for Japanese who were new to Thai food, and it was very delicious.
Guypatta Kreis is a dish of chopped lemongrass and chicken. The spiciness is such that you can feel the spiciness after eating a bite.
I wasn't used to eating lemongrass, but eating it with chicken gives it a crispy texture, and the more I eat it, the more addictive it becomes. The scent was refreshing like lemon, which made me appetite and was very suitable for the hot summer. If you like spicy foods, you may want to add spiciness when ordering.
Gapao rice has a nice nam pla, and it has a genuine taste combined with the taste of meat and spices. I love ethnic food and was very happy!
By the way, if you are eating Thai food for the first time, you may feel a little peculiar habit in Nampula, but it is an essential seasoning for ethnic foods. I think you'll get used to eating it soon. Also, overall, the spices and spiciness seemed to be a little modest for Japanese people, so I think it's a restaurant that anyone can recommend.
Next time I definitely want to go eat curry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初回はグリーンカレー、二度目はガパオライスを戴きました。いずれも美味しい。グリーンカレーは弘前市内の某2店より美味しいと思います。長粒種のライスが流石です。
本命はマッサマンカレーなので次こそ食べたい！
客のさばきやランチメニューの数等、今後の成長に期待。
The first time I got green curry and the second time I got Gapao rice. Both are delicious. I think green curry is more delicious than a certain two stores in Hirosaki city. The long-grained rice is perfect.
My favorite is Massaman curry, so I want to eat it next time!
