国道354号線を朝、走っていましたが、新興運輸の大型トラック２台が走行距離にして5～10kmも片側二車線、二台並走して道をふさぎ、大変迷惑しました。法定速度内で、追い付け追い越せを繰り返す。(途中で脇道にそれたので、その後どうしたのかわかりません。) 常に法定速度内ですが、後ろが渋滞しているのを無視しています。本社に電話しましたが、電話対応した人が最悪で、電話にでるなり、無言。新興運輸さんでよろしいでしょうか？と言ったら、「はい。」と答えましたが、普通、向こうが社名を先に言わないですか？社員のレベルの低さが露呈してますね。また、電話にて、今回の並走の件をクレーム・お願いとしてお話ししたところ、「法定速度内で走っているのに何か問題がありますか？」「それでは、あなたが脇道にそれて走ればいいのでは？」「それは、あなたの主観によるもので、なんら問題ありませんよね？」「お急ぎであれば、もっと時間に余裕をもって自宅をでられれば宜しいと思いますが。」とか、まったく反省する感じではなく、ふざけたことばかり言います。そもそも、追い越し車線を右折の意思もなく走るのは、交通違反行為です！２台で並走して追い越しを妨害するのはどうなんですかね？こちらのお願いは、二車線を並走しないで片側(左)に二台ともよって、走ってほしい旨伝えましたが、「並走して走るのは何か悪いのですか？」と言い、返事もいいかげんで、「確認してみないと」の繰り返し。普通は、申し訳ありません。とか、そのように教育しますとか、注意しておきます。と常識ある会社なら答えるものですが・・・。トラックのナンバーも確認してこないので、ホントに注意する気があるんですか？と言ったら、「もう、いいです。切りますよ。」と言って電話を一方的に切られました。こんな対応をする人が、注意なんてするわけがありません。左車線トラックのナンバー土浦100 か 43‐82 右車線トラックのナンバーつくば100 か 48‐24 左車線を走っていた人には文句はありませんが、右車線を走っていた運転者には回りをよく見て気を使ってほしいものです。大きな土建のコンクリートを運んでいたので、県か、行政からの仕事を委託されている会社だと思うのですが、こんな酷い電話対応の会社があるんですね。様々な意見があると思いますが、私的には、回りを気にせず渋滞を引き起こすことに、無関心な会社は、迷惑な路駐だって平気でするのだろうと想像してしまいます。
