し	しかばね on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多忙により追記が遅くなりましたが、その後直接の謝罪と返金をいただきました。今後に期待を込めて星を1つ上げておきます。コロナ禍前からたまに利用させてもらってましたが、今回は営業再開して初の来店。開幕しばらくタブレットが「伝票が作成されていません」と表示されて注文できず、店員に申し付けてようやく注文ができるように。まだ新システムに慣れてないんだろうなぁと考えながら、お肉数種類とご飯とキムチを注文したが、持ってきたのはご飯とキムチのみ。いつものごとく満員だしお肉は時間がかかっているのかとしばらく待ちましたが、一向に持ってくる気配がなく、食べる気も失せたのでご飯とキムチだけ食べて、最悪の気分で帰りました。会社の付き合いで上司と来ていたのでその場では言いませんでしたが、注文が通っている以上、食べていないお肉の分無駄に払わされているのでしょうね。お肉や料理の質は良いだけに、非常に残念です。 Due to my busy schedule, the postscript was delayed, but after that I received a direct apology and refund.
