★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仲介業として有名なタナカヤさんのグループです。オフィスは今風の男前な外観に、入り口階段の巨大なキリンの置物、ショールームを兼ねたシンプルでオシャレな内装が印象的でした。
建築士の方も若い方がら多かったです。
保育士の方もいらして、リビングの一角を模したキッズスペースもあり小さなお子様連れもゆっくり打ち合わせが出来そうでした。
肝心の打ち合わせですが、最初に渡されるパンフレットに、できることできないこと、得手不得手を明示してあるにも関わらず、「無理、できない」とはハッキリ伝えてくれません。会社の方針だったり、担当さんによるのかもしれません。
親身になって一緒にプランを考えてくれる姿勢はとても有り難かっただけに、その点だけが気になりました。
家族はここの内装が気に入ってたので、こちらで決めたかったようですが、私の我儘で見送りになりました。
結局は相性の問題のような気がしますが、私とは合いませんでした。
