震	震 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のレビューにもありますが電話対応が雑。何を言っているのか聞き取りにくいし、すごく無愛想な声に聞こえる。運転手は当たり外れが大きく、丁寧な運転手は凄く気持ちの良い対応をしてくれるが、ダメな運転手はとことんダメ。明らかに面倒そうな態度を取り、ありがとうございますの台詞もイヤイヤ言わされているようで、そんなの聞かされても嫌な思いになるだけ。一番酷かったのは配車予約した時の事。新しい分譲地且つ日が暮れた時間帯というのもあり、我が家がなかなか見つからなかったらしい。時間になっても来なかったのでこちらから探しに出るとすぐにタクシーを発見。するとタクシー運転手は本社に対し「住所が登録されてなくてどこにあるかわからんわ」と電話している所だった。少し離れた所から此方が「ひかり交通ですか？」と聞くと、その運転手は電話口に対し「あ、なんか人間がおったわ」と私に余裕で聞こえる音量で言いました。客に聞こえるような声で普通、「人間がおった」なんて言いますか？この運転手には以前にも嫌な思いをさせられた事があり、覚えていたので、またもやこんな嫌な思いをさせられて、もう絶対にこの会社は使わないと心に誓いました。ただ、他のタクシー会社が予約が一杯で駄目だった時だけ、しょうがなく利用しています。あの最低な運転手が来ない事だけを祈って… There are also other reviews, but the phone support is rough.
