び	びん太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食材にこだわったオシャレなカレーの店って感じかな。水もレモン水だしライスにもこだわりが感じられ、貴重な玄米を仕様したライスも選べます。何よりもカレーセットに付いてきたサラダがメッチャ美味しかった。シャキシャキで新鮮！オーバーかもしれませんが、あんなに感動したサラダは初めてでした。しかし、あのサラダに入っていた黄色い食材は何だったんだろう。。。テーブルや椅子はダメージ加工がされていてレトロな感じをかもしだしつつも壁紙や照明はピカピカなので清潔感があって店内の雰囲気はとても良いです。ユーミンのアルバム?が流れていたのも良かったな。。。ただ、カレーの種類は少なく、二種類。辛さを選ぶこともできません。食材を生かした旨味を感じられるカレーで、店主のこだわりを感じられましたが、カレーといったら『香辛料、スパイス』を楽しみたいところでしたが、ん？って感じでした。カレー専門店だと思って行ったので、下手すると臭いくらいのスパイスを期待していましたが、スパイスを感じられなかったので残念でした。ただ、最初に書いた通り、食材にこだわりがあり、美味いことは美味いです。デザートなどを注文しなければ、１人当たりの予算は1000円程度です。 I guess it's a fashionable curry store that focuses on ingredients. ア	アキぴー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチを電話予約して行き、ダブルカレー(チキンカレーとキーマカレー)のセットを注文しました。チキンカレーは、よく煮込まれ甘みもあり大変食べやすく、キーマカレーは、少しピリッと辛く、スパイスも良く効いており、久しぶりに美味しいカレーを食べているなぁという気持ちになれました。また、スパイスは季節ごとに変えているようで、本日は春に合うスパイスということで、春夏秋冬、味が楽しめるよう、マスターのこだわりを感じられました！ご飯は「金のいぶき」という銘柄の玄米で、カレーにこの少し硬めの玄米が実に良く合います。カレーに添えられている野菜もひとつひとつ丁寧に作られており、「あー、美味しいなぁ」というしみじみとした気持ちにもなれました。カレーを出してくれたマスターが、カレーと野菜について丁寧に説明をしてくれ、マスターの気さくさが大変気持ち良かったです。デザートにアイスも注文したのですが、黒糖アイスという説明を受け、出てきたアイスを食べてみると、「こういうアイスは、初めて食べた！」という味でした。あくまで、私が初めて食べた味という意味ですが、もっとたくさん食べたかったです。今回、パイプレストデュエに初めてお邪魔させてもらいましたが、またお邪魔させてもらいたいと思いました。いつも申し上げるのですが、好みは人それぞれです。ご自分で味わうことをオススメします！
