P	P J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 園庭は広いので保育園申込時はかなりの人気はあるが、人気の割に保育の質は悪いです。まず、平日に保育園の行事で休まないといけない事態が多い。個人懇談は該当する日以外も、ご協力という名で「なるべく午前中までに迎えにこい」と言う。理由は保育士が保育できないから。保育出来ない事態になるなら行事を減らして欲しいのですが、かたくなに行事を行おうとする。仕事があるので通常保育時間まで預かってほしいと言ったら、凄い嫌な顔します。保育に欠ける事態なのだし、平日にしかも何日も保育園の行事の為に休みを取れないのが解らない園長です。クリスマス会は２歳児までは午前中で終了。午後から保育するとはいえそれもお願いすると嫌な顔をする。あくまでも勤務時間も区役所に申請し、正式な労働時間で預かってもらっているのに、なんであんなに預かる事に後ろ向き何だろうか・・・他の保育園はそうでもないらしいが、ここは保育したくない保育士が多すぎます。しかも、保育士同士がギスギスしています。後輩の保育士にえげつない位きっつい言葉で接している中堅保育士がいたり、本当に子供の前でその態度はやめてほしいです。子供を預かるしか無いので、転園先を考えていますが、質は最悪。ハコのみある感じです。これから園を選ぶ方は要注意です Because the garden is large, it is quite popular when applying for a nursery school, but the quality of childcare is poor despite its popularity.
