口コミでは受付の対応の悪さが出ていたが、直接行ったらそこまでひどい対応ではなかった。
ただ、電話の対応がそっけないというか、無愛想？だったのが少し引っ掛かった程度。(年配女性が対応していたようです)
先生も、症状を訊いたりと淡々としていて、薬は何日分ほしいか？と訊かれたので、自分の身体の状態を把握している人でないと、自分が何日分の薬がほしいのかいまいち判らないと思うので、そこは少し戸惑うかもしれない。(3日分、5日分、7日分単位で言っていたと思います)
お薬は窓口で渡されて、説明を受けます。その説明してくださる方は丁寧で優しそうな方でした。
口コミで書かれているほど、少なくても私の印象ではわるくはない、普通だと思います。

The medicine will be handed over at the counter for explanation. The person who explained it was polite and kind.
I think that it is normal that at least my impression is not so bad that it is written in the word of mouth.

初めて行ったとき戸惑っちゃいました。
