3	38 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらで物件を決めましたが、物件内見の案内までは愛想もよかったですが、物件の契約時になると急に対応がふてぶてしくなりました。契約前はこれ以上料金はかかりません！大丈夫です。と言いながらいざ契約となるとあれもこれもとたいした説明もなく追加料金を請求されました。明らかに不手際があったのはキンキホームさん側でしたが、すでに物件を決め、退去の予定も変更出来なかったため対応せざるを得ませんでした。最悪でした。扱う物件は他の不動産でも変わらないので絶対に他の支店や他店に行くことを強くおすすめします。 Although I decided on the property here before, although amiable was also good up to the guidance of the property preview, as soon as the contract of the property comes in, the response has suddenly become more fulfilled. み	みりん焼きえび on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件紹介まではとても親切ですが、ちゃんと伝えるべきことを伝えられず引越ししてから「え、そうなの？」となることが非常に多かったです。不動産屋からしてみれば普通のことでも客としては普通ではありません。私の場合、内見が出来なかったため写真や文面での設備確認となりましたがこちらで用意するものくらい説明すべきではないのかと思います。例を数個挙げさせて頂きます。①すぐにWiFiが使えると言っておきながら個人で申し込みしなければ使えず、申し込みしてから数日かかるためすぐにネットは使えません。その申込書は入居当日に渡されました。 ②廊下、トイレ以外に照明がありませんでした。ないならないで説明すべきです。入居日当日は間接照明で過ごすことになりました。 ③換気の影響で窓から音が鳴っているのですがこれがうるさいです。寝室に窓があるので睡眠に影響します。このことを報告しても「マンションなので仕方ないですね〜」と対応されました。多少の音なら気になりませんがかなりうるさいので事前に説明すべきことだと思います。他にも思うところはありますが、長くなりますのでこの辺で。最初にも書きましたが、話すととても親切でニーズにあった物件を紹介してくれるのですが内容の不備が多くとても残念です。私のようにならないためにも設備の確認、申し込みは怠らないことをおすすめ致します。 It was very kind to introduce the property, but I couldn't tell what I should tell, and after moving, I was often asked, "Well, is that so?"
