玉	玉木秀人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?おつかれさまです今日も寒かったですねぇ? 萩から益田まで日本海沿いでは小雪が舞い、暖房を入れた車の中でも寒さが漂っていました。いつもなら素直にラーメンかうどんでもというところですが、今日は相方と相談して、初めてのお店を開拓することにしました。起上小法師 (おきあがりこぼし) 島根県益田市昭和町5-10 市街地の中心から少し外れた住宅地にあります。麺類はうどんとパスタがありますが、目移りするほどのメニューの中から、他のお店では目にしないオリジナルのメニューを選びました? オムドライセット(唐揚げ付き) ¥790 ドライカレーのオムライスに唐揚げの付いたメニューです。美しいビジュアルですね? ドライカレーに乗せられたオムレツの輝きに、思わず生つばしてしまいました? ソースはデミグラス。カレーの風味に玉子の甘さ、これに不思議とデミソースのほろ苦さがマッチして、大人のオムライスを演出しています。添えられた唐揚げは4つ。モモ肉の塩唐揚げで、家庭的な作りではありますが、柔らかくジューシーという言葉がぴったりのたいへん美味しい唐揚げでした。単品のオムドライにプラス190円でコレだけ付くのですから、これはお薦めですね。普段は麺類や丼ものばかり食べていますが、こういうメニューも楽しみですね。まだお昼前の入店だったので店内は空いていましたが、お昼の出前の準備だったのでしょうか、厨房の中はかなり忙しそうでした。定食から洋食類まで… 益田でのランチに、また新しい楽しみが増えました? ?
