雄	雄嗣浦 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜昼に訪問。大きな鉄板がありＬ字型のカウンター。先客は５人。予約席が２席。雰囲気が明るい。皆さんの前で腰の曲がったお婆ちゃんが焼きそばを制作中。自分は豚たま6５0円を注文。恐らく息子さんと思われる方が焼き始める。大きめの豚肉をドテンと置き、暫くしてからたねをその上から捏ねながら投入し伸ばしていく。その上から海苔をパラリと振る。割と小振り。裏返すと雰囲気はホットケーキ。仕上げはお婆ちゃん登場。薄目にソースを塗る。かつお節や青のりはない。マヨネーズとカラシはつけるかと聞かれお願いした。鉄板の上で小振りのコテを使い切ってそのまま食べる。軽い軽い。本体もソースも。お好み焼きでは始めての食感?とてもうまい??✨次は焼きそばを食べたいぞ?
