雰囲気も良し、焼きそばも太麺でおいしい。けど…お好み焼きが薄い! キャベツ入ってるの?って感じで メリケン粉焼きみたいでした。 でも他の方の写真見てると全然違うのよね? お昼に行ったから!定食やったから?

土曜昼に訪問 。大きな鉄板がありL字型のカウンター。先客は5人。予約席が2席。雰囲気が明るい。皆さんの前で腰の曲がったお婆ちゃんが焼きそばを制作中。自分は豚たま650円を注文。恐らく息子さんと思われる方が焼き始める。大きめの豚肉をドテンと置き、暫くしてからたねをその上から捏ねながら投入し伸ばしていく。その上から海苔をパラリと振る。割と小振り。裏返すと雰囲気はホットケーキ。仕上げはお婆ちゃん登場。薄目にソースを塗る。かつお節や青のりはない。マヨネーズとカラシはつけるかと聞かれお願いした。鉄板の上で小振りのコテを使い切ってそのまま食べる。軽い軽い。本体もソースも 。お好み焼きでは始めての食感?とてもうまい??✨次は焼きそばを食べたいぞ?

지금까지 먹어본 오코노미야끼랑 야끼소바 중 정말 맛있는 축에 속하는 가게! 진짜 맛있어요. 허리가 굽으신 할머니가 연륜을 뽐내며 요리해주심 다음에 또 오고싶어요 사진이 별로인거는 정신없이 먹다가 찍어서ㅋㅋㅋ

11時30分開店と同時に。おばあちゃんと若い男性がやってました。焼きそばと豚お好み焼きを定食で。焼きそばは太麺でキャベツも甘くて◎豚お好み焼きは豚がちょっと焦げてお好み焼きと分離しちゃいましたがふわふわでおいしかったです。駐車場は近くに有料がありますが少ないので探すのが大変かも?

地元に愛されてる美味しいお店。 お好み焼きも美味しいけど焼きそばが絶品! 前まではご夫婦と息子さんが焼いてくれてたけど久しぶりに行くとオヤジさんの姿がみえませんでした。(居ても常連さんと野球のテレビ見て話してる事が多くて焼き手に当たることは少なかったですが) 焼いてくれる人によってソースの濃さが変わる(息子さん濃いめ→オヤジさん普通→お母さん薄め) 油を使う店なのにいつもピカピカに掃除してて気持ちいいお店です。
